Before a single frame was shot, the "Wall of Barrels" story was developed as a moodboard — visual references, tone and rough storylines — then broken down shot by shot into an AI-generated storyboard, so the full narrative arc was approved before production began.
For the spring 2026 campaign, CHAINGE developed the "Wall of Barrels" visual world together with director Olaf Heine — staged in studio, built for international rollout across social, print and digital in Germany, Denmark and the USA.
From a single studio plate against a neutral background, AI-powered video prompting and VFX compositing built the complete scene — storm, spray, ship deck and brand flags, with the talent's pose and performance preserved exactly.
Across every format, a consistent, AI-extended world emerged around ship, storm and barrels — from close character moments to wide environment shots, all developed from the same production.
The lifestyle visuals were also shot in studio against a neutral background and then fully transposed into the campaign world — including the brand's signature barrels labeled "LINIE" along the deck.
The mixdrink packshot also started in studio — talent, bottle and ingredients arranged for real. CHAINGE then transposed the scene into an atmospheric festival setting, for social ads, POS and print in a hybrid look.
For international rollout in Germany, Denmark and the USA, the voiceovers were produced with AI in multiple language versions — consistent in tone and timing with the picture, with no additional studio sessions per language.
The musical layer also came from a single source: from composition to final sound design, matched to the cutting pace and mood of every brand story.
