Staub French Pop-Art

For the Love of Sharp — brand worlds for Zwilling Group. Three brands, three campaign worlds: Four Star for Zwilling, "French Pop-Art" for Staub, and Japanese blade artistry for Miyabi — developed as part of the Zwilling Group's global brand repositioning.

Zwilling launched a strategic brand relaunch at Ambiente 2026 — not to showcase products, but to reclaim its position as the benchmark for high-quality craftsmanship. Under the motto "For the Love of Sharp" the brand's tone shifted from cool precision to emotive minimalism, without losing its functional credibility.

For CHAINGE, that meant: 11 Films across three brands — Zwilling, Staub and Miyabi — for which we owned the entire visual and audio output, including custom-composed music. On top of the regular campaign formats, we produced a dedicated high-resolution 21:9 version for a large-format screen at the trade show — technically demanding, since AI-generated footage had to be delivered at this size and aspect ratio without visible pixelation or loss of detail.

Three blades align into a perfect line — a statement about durability and craftsmanship, carried by the pared-back "For the love of..." visual language of the overall campaign.

Visual World

A Desert Full of Inflatable Shapes

Instead of cool product photography: a real but heightened desert landscape, where colorful, inflatable sculptures bloom into Cocotte pots — pastel-colored, light, "like French Pop-Art".

Script & Storyboard (45")

The camera glides over the desert, abstract shapes inflate and transform into blossoms — until the camera passes between them to reveal a Staub pot in pastel color.

"Let's stir. Let's laugh. Let's shine. [...] Staub!"

"I'm mint. I'm peach."

The Cocotte pot floats in the sky, changing color to the rhythm of the voice-over — each line a color, each color a feeling. Playful, musical, unmistakably Staub.

3D Previz Before a Single Frame Is Shot

Before the camera ever rolls, we build the world in 3D: product scans are dropped into an AI-driven node workflow that generates lighting setups, floral arrangements and camera angles in minutes — so every look can be approved as a photoreal preview before production.

Miyabi — Japanese Blade Artistry
From Damascus pattern to traditional Japanese graphics: a visual world that shows craft as an art form.

Damascus Steel in Detail

The hardened Damascus pattern of the blade becomes the image itself — staged on marble, with the red Miyabi sun logo as a quiet point of contrast.

From Blade Pattern to Japanese Graphics

The camera follows the flow lines of the blade until they transform into traditional Japanese motifs — waves, mountains, a crane, a sakura blossom — before the master's hand touches the blade.

"A passion for knives, elevated to art"

The craftsman's fingertips and the flow lines of the blade merge into one continuous movement — no hard cut, only continuous flow.

Classic studio setup for packshot photography: softbox, reflector and precise lighting to capture the texture and sharpness of every single blade.

Tone & Attitude

Four Star: Precision

Pared-back, iconic, spanning generations — the visual language stays close to the product and lets the blades speak for themselves.

Staub: Playful Charm

"Like charming, ironic French rascals" — the Staub world is warm, humorous and lively, without feeling childish.

Miyabi: Craft as Art

Calm, precise, contemplative — the visual language connects Japanese craft tradition with graphic clarity, without falling into cliché.

Three brands, one campaign system. Consistent brand leadership across the Zwilling Group — each brand with its own visual signature.
(Pre)
The starting point was the Zwilling Group's global repositioning for Ambiente 2026 — with distinctive campaign worlds for every brand in the portfolio.
(+Post)
For Zwilling: pared-back product staging under "For the Love of Sharp." For Staub: a distinctive, playful visual world of inflatable shapes and desert landscape — "French Pop-Art" instead of kitchen functionalism. For Miyabi: Japanese craft artistry, staged graphically and contemplatively.
